1. Membership Overview

·       By enrolling in the Standard Membership, the candidate agrees to receive career support services from Kawen Manpower as outlined below. Membership is intended to assist in job search but does not guarantee employment.

2. Services Included

Under the Standard Membership, the following services will be provided:

·       Access to relevant job openings based on your profile

·       Resume review and formatting assistance (basic level)

·       Priority application submission to partnered employers

·       Interview coordination

·       Updates on job matches during membership

3. Membership Fee & Validity

·       The Standard Membership is ₹499 for a duration of 2 months.

·       Payment must be made in advance through approved channels only.

·       No refunds will be issued once services begin.

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates must:

·       Provide accurate and up-to-date information in their resume and profile.

·       Be available for interviews as scheduled.

·       Notify us promptly of any changes in employment status.

·       Refrain from sharing any internal communications, job details, or company data with third parties.

5. Privacy & Data Use

·       All personal data will be used solely for the purpose of matching candidates with suitable job opportunities.

·       By enrolling, candidates consent to their resumes being shared with potential employers.

·       We adhere to applicable data protection laws and do not sell or misuse candidate information.

6. No Guarantee Clause

·       Kawen Manpower does not guarantee job placement.

·       Selection is solely at the discretion of the hiring companies.

7. Termination of Membership

Kawen Manpower reserve the right to cancel a candidate’s membership if:

·       False or misleading information is discovered.

·       There is inappropriate behavior with our team or employer clients.

·       Any term of this agreement is violated.

·       Candidates may opt to cancel their membership at any time by notifying us via email. No fees will be refunded upon cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kawen Manpower is not responsible for:

·       Job rejections, interview outcomes, or compensation disputes.

·       Any loss or damage resulting from third-party employment processes.

9. Dispute Resolution

·       All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Any grievances should first be directed to our internal support team for resolution.

10. Amendments

Kawen Manpower may revise these terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated via email.
