5 Job Postings
Post up to five job openings during the 3-month membership period.

A dedicated recruiter will assist with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
5+ Qualified Candidates per Job
Receive at least five suitable, pre-screened candidates for every posted role.
Free Candidate Replacement
One free replacement if a hired candidate leaves within 60 days.
End-to-End Hiring Support
We manage communication, scheduling, documentation, and onboarding support throughout the hiring process.
1. Membership Validity
The Standard Employer Membership is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of activation.
2. Job Portal Access
Employers will receive 1 access credential to Kawen Manpower’s Job Board for the duration of the membership.
3. Job Postings
o The membership includes 5 job postings, which must be utilized during the 3-month membership period.
o Any unused postings will automatically expire at the end of the term and will not be carried forward or refunded.
4. Candidate Shortlisting
For each job posting, Kawen Manpower will provide a minimum of 5 pre-screened and relevant candidates, matched based on the job description provided by the employer.
5. Dedicated Recruiter Support
A dedicated recruiter will be assigned to your account to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
o Candidate screening
o Interview scheduling
o Feedback coordination
o Onboarding follow-up
6. JD Promotion Campaigns
Up to 5 job description (JD) promotion campaigns will be executed through internal job boards, social media, and third-party networks to increase visibility and attract talent.
7. Candidate Replacement Policy
o Employers are eligible for one free replacement for each confirmed hire, if the candidate resigns or is terminated within the first 60 days of joining.
o Replacement requests must be submitted in writing along with valid reasons and documentation.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
o Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the plan is activated.
o Cancellation of the plan is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed case-by-case.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
o Employers agree to maintain confidentiality of all candidate information shared.
o Data must not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from Kawen Manpower.
10. Code of Conduct
Employers must follow fair hiring practices and adhere to all applicable labor, employment, and non-discrimination laws.
Any misuse of candidate data or misconduct in the recruitment process will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
11. Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
12. Modification of Terms
Kawen Manpower reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on the official website.
