1.     Membership Validity:
The Premium Employer Membership is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of activation. Unused job postings or benefits will not be carried forward beyond the contract term.

2.     Job Postings:
Employers are entitled to 25 job postings during the 6-month membership. Each posting can be edited or replaced with a new job opening during the contract period, within the given quota.

3.     Candidate Screening:
For each job posted, Kawen Manpower will provide a minimum of 5 pre-screened and suitable candidates. These candidates will be aligned with the job description shared at the time of posting.

4.     Dedicated Recruiter:
A dedicated recruiter will be assigned to facilitate job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up until onboarding.

5.     Interview Coordination:
Kawen Manpower will assist with interview scheduling and communication between the employer and the candidate, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the process.

6.     Candidate Replacement Policy:
In the event that a selected candidate resigns or is terminated within 60 days of onboarding, one free replacement will be provided per hiring. This is applicable only if the employer notifies Kawen Manpower in writing within 5 working days of the candidate's exit.

7.     Discount on Additional Services:
A 5% discount is applicable on any additional recruitment services (e.g., bulk hiring, resume database access) availed during the contract period.

8.     Non-Transferable:
Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another organization or third party.

9.     Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.     Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the plan is activated.

2.     Cancellation of the plan is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed case-by-case.

10.  Confidentiality & Data Protection

1.     Employers agree to maintain confidentiality of all candidate information shared.

2.     Data must not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from Kawen Manpower.

11.  Code of Conduct
Employers must follow fair hiring practices and adhere to all applicable labor, employment, and non-discrimination laws.
Any misuse of candidate data or misconduct in the recruitment process will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

12.  Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13.  Modification of Terms
Kawen Manpower reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on the official website.
