1. Membership Overview

The Dynamic Employer Membership (“Membership”) is a premium recruitment support service offered by Kawen Manpower. This membership is designed to provide long-term, scalable hiring solutions to employers across industries with enhanced service delivery.

2. Duration & Fees

·       The Membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.

·       A one-time membership fee of ₹10,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes) is payable in full and in advance.

·       This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Key Features & Benefits

The following services are included during the Membership tenure:

·       1 Employer Login Access to the Kawen Manpower Job Board.

·       Unlimited Job Postings throughout the contract period.

·       Allocation of a Dedicated Recruiter to assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.

·       Provision of a minimum of 5 screened and suitable candidates for each job posting.

·       End-to-end coordination with selected candidates, including interview scheduling and post-selection follow-ups till onboarding.

·       10% Discount on each recruitment invoice raised during the active membership period.

4. Candidate Replacement Guarantee

·       For every hiring made through this Membership, the employer is entitled to one (1) free candidate replacement if the originally hired candidate resigns or is terminated within the first 90 (ninety) days of their onboarding.

·       The replacement request must be submitted via email within the 90-day window along with valid documentation of separation.

·       Replacement will be made for the same job role only and may take up to 15–20 working days based on candidate availability.

5. Service Conditions

·       All job postings must be legitimate and clearly defined in terms of job title, role, location, compensation, and eligibility.

·       The employer must respond to shared profiles within 2 working days to maintain service flow.

·       Employers must provide timely feedback on interviews and selection status for each candidate shared.

6. Limitations of Usage

·       Although job posting is unlimited, excessive or spammy postings, duplication, or misuse of platform features will lead to a temporary or permanent suspension of the employer’s account without refund.

·       The Dedicated Recruiter will assist in a maximum of 3 active job campaigns simultaneously. Additional parallel requirements will be queued accordingly.

7. Confidentiality Clause

·       All candidate information provided by Kawen Manpower is to be used solely for the employer's internal recruitment purposes.

·       Sharing candidate data with third parties or for non-hiring purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action and termination of membership.

8. Billing & Discounts

·       All recruitment fees raised during the membership period will be billed with a 10% discount automatically applied.

·       Membership discounts cannot be clubbed with other promotional offers unless explicitly mentioned.

9. Termination & Refund Policy

·       Kawen Manpower reserves the right to revoke Membership access and services in case of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions, misuse of services, or unethical hiring practices.

·       No refund shall be processed in case of voluntary cancellation or termination due to breach of terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

·       Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Membership, including its interpretation or execution, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

·       Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
