Paid Candidate Consultation Program – Kawen Manpower

By booking and paying for the Candidate Consultation session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview

• The consultation is a 30-minute online career guidance session with a Kawen Manpower career expert.

• The session includes profile review, resume suggestions, job search strategy, and interview tips.

• The service is advisory in nature and does not guarantee job placement.

2. Consultation Fee

• The fee for the session is ₹500 (inclusive of taxes), payable in advance.

• Payment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

• The session will be scheduled only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Candidates must select an available time slot while booking.

• Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 24 hours' prior notice.

• Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled sessions.

• In case of a technical failure from Kawen Manpower’s side, a free reschedule will be provided.

• Refunds will only be processed in rare cases of double payment or service unavailability.

5. Candidate Conduct

• Candidates are expected to join the session on time and maintain a professional attitude.

• Abusive behavior, false representation, or non-cooperation may lead to termination of the session without refund.

6. Use of Candidate Information

• All candidate information shared during the session will be kept confidential.

• Your data may be used to offer additional relevant services from Kawen Manpower but will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Service Limitation

• This is a single-session service. Any further assistance or follow-up will require separate consultation or enrollment into a membership plan.

• Kawen Manpower is not liable for job outcomes or employment decisions made by third parties.

8. Agreement

By making the payment and booking the session, you confirm that you:
